Meet Our Founder

Garrett Bading is an experienced leader in the solar industry with a deep commitment to environmental stewardship. With years of hands-on expertise in utility-scale solar construction, Garrett recognized a critical gap in the environmental management of industrial solar projects and decided to build a solution. Inspired by the challenges he saw firsthand—especially in closing out land disturbance permits and achieving final stabilization—Garrett formed Eagle Eye Environmental™ as a response to the industry's pressing needs.

Garrett's leadership style is rooted in a passion for solving tough problems with innovative solutions. He draws from his extensive experience in managing environmental teams, overseeing large-scale projects, and navigating complex regulatory environments. His unique approach combines technical expertise with a commitment to preserving nature, and he’s guided by the belief that there’s always a better way to protect the environment while meeting the needs of solar developers.
